Mrs. Tiffany Borders is a dedicated FPSE Benefits Advisor passionate about helping members navigate the complexities of supplemental insurance. With years of experience, Tiffany brings a member-first approach to every FPSE interaction, ensuring tailored solutions that meet each member's unique needs.
Beyond her professional role, Tiffany is actively involved in the Atlanta community, where she promotes wellness awareness and supports local community initiatives. Her dedication to service and her deep knowledge of the insurance industry makes her a valuable asset to our members.

About Tanya
Ms. Tanya Miller serves as General Counsel for the Georgia Federation of Public Service Employees. As our lead counselor, she advises our staff and leadership on labor and other relevant laws. She provides confidential legal advice to FPSE leadership and conducts legal trainings for our members and staff. She also provides strategic guidance on our organizing and legislative initiatives. When needed, she may represent members in court and administrative proceedings.
Tanya has experience in both the private and public sectors of law. She has worked at leading national law firms, served as a Federal Prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, and held the position of Chief Senior District Attorney for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
Tanya is an elected State Legislator in the Georgia General Assembly.
About Jennifer
Mrs. Jennifer Saunders has been an educational professional for 25 years. During the first 15 years of her career, she was a classroom teacher. Mrs. Saunders has a BA in elementary education, a Master’s Degree in Reading and Literacy, and an Educational Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership.
Currently, Mrs. Saunders assists in the coordination of Atlanta Public Schools’ library media services department as the media specialist Director. She provides support by developing and coaching the school library media specialists while planning district-wide literacy events for students and staff.
Mrs. Saunders is a member of the Atlanta Public Schools John Lewis Freedom Runners run club and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
About Kori
Ms. Kori Lynn Williams serves as our online Benefits Director. She is an accomplished licensed insurance professional specializing in remote and online benefit enrollment. With a deep understanding of life, disability, critical illness, and accident benefits, she specializes in guiding public service employees through their options with clarity and care.
Kori brings over a decade of experience and is passionate about helping FPSE members protect what matters most through personalized online and phone-based consultations. Her mission is to make complex benefits decisions simple, empowering every FPSE member she serves with the tools and support they need.
Kori holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from Wolfe University and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, and Branding from London College of Arts, reflecting her dual passions for innovation and effective communication. She is fully licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance and actively stays up to date on offering, compliance, and strategic enrollment processes.
About Maudray
Mrs. Maudray Lofton serves as the Organizing Director for the Georgia Federation of Public Service Employees (FPSE), where she leads statewide initiatives to strengthen worker representation, increase membership, and promote public policy in support of working families. She is responsible for managing membership growth and expanding into new government sectors. Before her promotion to Director, she worked as an FPSE Organizer and our Political and Legislative Coordinator. Maudray oversees worksite presentations, new employee orientations, labor management meetings, develops new organizing targets and strategies, manages special projects, and staffs FPSE membership committees.
Maudray is passionate about public service and public employees, frequently appearing before legislative and government bodies to advocate for empowering public sector workers and supporting public education. As an experienced labor leader, she has dedicated her career to helping public sector employees grow and succeed through public service by forming strategic alliances and building community and political support. In addition to serving as the Organizing Director, Maudray also holds the position of Executive Assistant to the National Director.
Maudray is a devoted wife to her husband, Rayshon, and a proud mother of four children.
About Terri
Ms. Terri Madden serves as our Home Loan Program Coordinator. She is a graduate of Kentucky State University, holding a degree in Business Management, and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Terri has over 25 years of experience as a mortgage professional. Her passion is to help FPSE members realize their dream of homeownership and build financial wealth. Her approach focuses on educating FPSE members about the homebuying process and responsible credit management. Whether they are first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, empty-nesters, or refinancing, Terri provides guidance through information and education. She believes all FPSE members should understand the mortgage process and be able to find the best loan program that aligns with their short and long-term goals.
Terr is a mother to an amazing son. She is a licensed mortgage loan originator, a certified housing counselor, and a continuing education instructor. Terri resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
About Rori
Miss Rori Ellison is a 16-year-old junior and an FPSE Intern. She attends Maynard Jackson High School, where she serves as the school's podcast host. Rori takes a full course load of Honors and AP courses and is also enrolled at Atlanta Metropolitan State College through dual enrollment. Before joining the Maynard Jackson High Jaguar family, Rori was captain of both the volleyball and dance teams. Now, she focuses not just on attending Maynard but also on being an active Jaguar involved in her school and community.
Rori is a proud APS legacy. Her grandmother is a retired principal in Atlanta Public Schools, known for her leadership at Grove Park Elementary School (now Atlanta Virtual Academy). Her mother is a current educator in APS and a graduate of Mays High School, Class of 1995. Her grandfather served Atlanta as a police officer for over 45 years. Her uncle, another APS alum, graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 2002—making Rori a true third-generation Atlien.
With deep roots in Atlanta and a passion for healthcare, Rori aspires to become either an anesthesiologist or a nurse practitioner. She plans to carry on her family’s legacy by attending an HBCU, majoring in pre-med with a minor in psychology. For Rori, Atlanta isn’t just a city; it’s where her story began and where her future takes root.
